The WKA is pleased to announce the first Cardiff Korfball Companies Tournament.

The tournament will be held on Thursday 24th June, starting at 5pm and ending at around 9pm. The venue is Pontcanna Fields in Cardiff. The entry fee per team is £35.

After a long fought season, Cardiff City's Hurricanes team have won the league with a total of 18 points, only 1 point ahead of their closest rivals.

This season's WKL was closer than ever, with only 5 points seperating the top 5 teams.

The Welsh Squad tials were held today. Coach Dave Buckland started the session with some simple korfball, then proceeded to doing some fitness tests which put all the players through their paces. The session ended with some matches.

The session was a success, with some new faces trialing for the WKS. Team selection will be made soon.
